About NMIMS Mumbai

NMIMS aims to create a Complete Student who is an epitome of a well groomed student both in the field of academics and socio co-curricular activities. An NMIMS graduate is expected to blend in society coupled with excellent entrepreneurial, management and leadership skills. NMIMS University Library which is officially named R.M. Desai Library caters to diverse fields of subjects. It is well furnished, fully air-conditioned and houses 58,000 volumes of books ranging from the field of the sciences, arts, and technology. It also holds journals, audio videos, newspapers, case studies, management games and several psychology and management tests.

NMIMS is considered as one of the fastest growing academic institution in the country especially after its decision to move to a bigger campus in the suburb region of Mumbai. It now stands as the main landmark in the area of Vile Parle with its massive complex of over 40,000 sq. feet. The Colossal edifice stands as living emblem of the schools mission to provide quality education through state-of-the-art infrastructures and learning friendly environment. It is continuously undergoing major initiatives in the following areas: curriculum, development, student placement and development, programs and international linkages.
